Coaching: Coaching allows an individual to take full value of healing outcomes and exponentially increases opportunities for personal growth and success in any area of life. My own experience with a coach has been about a safe space in the coaching relationship where I can challenge myself and be challenged, and get to know myself in non-judgmental, helpful, and very hopeful ways. Havening: Havening has helped me find deep and foundational integration. It has given me space to discover who I am and what I need and desire at the level of core longings, and helps me to establish an increasingly solid identity base. It has changed my intrapersonal communication in such powerful ways that there are moments I am still surprised by this new way of being! I love that healing is a journey, and while there are goals and destinations, ’Havening as part of the journey helps make it one of wonder, deep awareness, and hope. MORE
Communication: Communication is the building-block of relationships, including one’s relationship with one’s self. In the context of coaching, we will consider what your communication style communicates, where communication may be blocked, and how setting yourself up for communication success will transform how you look at yourself and others, increasing confidence, assertiveness, and peace of mind.
